Welcome to this CRRA research guide on the Spiritans, more formerly known as the Congregation of the Holy Spirit. They are also known as the "Holy Ghost Fathers." This guide will help you to research its founder, Claude Poullart DesPlaces, and the congregation's history, charism, and mission. It will also guide you to resources on Francis Liebermann, known as the "second founder" of the congregation, as well as other well-known Spiritans of the past. It will link you to electronic collections in CRRA member libraries, as well as to printed materials in CRRA's Catholic Portal.

We hope that you will find this research guide useful in getting at the wealth of materials presented online by CRRA member libraries and in the Catholic Portal.
